To make the message a little lighter, I will be writing this to Jeff Foxworthy’s comedy tune:

If you suggest to someone that they are being punished for lack of faith in any religion or to any diety– you might be a stunted human.

If you suggest to someone that their disease, illness, syndrome, condition, or disorder could be cured with better obedience, more faith, or more prayer to any religion or diety– you might be a stunted human.

If you think others around you are troubled, stupid, or wrong for having different beliefs than you– you might be a stunted human.

If you hold strong beliefs that affect the way you treat others, with no factual evidence or truth to back those beliefs– you might be a stunted human.

If you automatically dismiss new information because it doesn’t align with your current understanding– you might be a stunted human.

If you find the need to convert others to your beliefs, without any understanding or intention to learn about anyone else’s– you might be a stunted human.

The author’s definition of what a stunted human would be: One who hasn’t yet, or refuses to, seek knowledge. One who is intellectually inflexible. One who lives in a state of “rightness.”
